Join nowI am using Quickbooks 2014 desktop. I have 54 data files that I am in and out of all day long. I also have 4 users set up on each data file. I have set up passwords for each user. But my users forget their password which means I have to go into all 54 data files and reset their password. Is there a way to globally reset passwords?

Hello there, @MarySue123.
QuickBooks Desktop requires one admin password/user for every company file. If you have multiple company files, you may need to have a password for each of those company files.
