Good Evening, I submitted my direct deposit today for vendors and employees and I did received the report confirmation but not the email, will the payment be received?

I'm glad to share some tips on how you can check your direct deposit payroll status.

 

You'll receive a direct deposit confirmation report and confirmation email after submitting your payroll or once we have successfully debited funds from your account. However, if you haven't received an email from us, I'd recommend checking your junk and spam folders.

 

If you're missing the confirmation email, you can use the payroll liability check created in the bank register by looking into your bank register to verify that your payroll is transmitted successfully. Green lightning bolts next to your employees' names means the checks were sent.
