Based on your description of the issue above, it seems that you've submitted your credit card credentials that's why you're charged for a month of service. With this, there's a need to further check your account's subscription details. Since we're unable to do that here in the Community for security reasons, I'd recommend contacting our Customer Care team. They can securely pull up and verify your account and process the necessary credits. Here's how:
