Join nowGood day, @devon-ptate,
Welcome and thanks for visiting our forum. I want to make sure you're able to accept your QBO invite.
If you're granted with QuickBooks Online user access, the invitation is automatically sent to your email. You can check your junk email or spam folders or have the Admin user resend the invite if you haven't received one .
If you already have a QuickBooks Online user ID and password, you can click the User ID link on the invitation then sign in to access the account you're invited. However, if this is your first time, you can create you own user ID and password to accept the invitation.
That should get you on the right track, @devon-ptate.

I have QBO accountant. My client has QBO essentials. I have not been able to accept the invitation. When I am sent the accountants invite, it wants me to create an account, but then I enter my email it says this email is already in use(because I have a QBO account). When I am sent the user invite it tells me my password is incorrect. Any suggestions.
Hi there, D_Conrad570.
Thanks for reaching out to us here in the Community. I'm here to address your concern about accepting your client's email invitation.
I checked with my resources and didn’t find any open reports similar to your concern. The issue you're getting could be the result of too much data stored in your browser.
To isolate the issue, let’s perform some basic troubleshooting steps. First, use a private/incognito window when opening the email invitation. From there, enter your login credentials.
Here’s how:
If you have successfully accepted the invitation, I recommend going back to your regular browser and clear the cache to start fresh. Should this not work in a private window, I suggest using another browser Internet Explorer, Google Chrome, or Mozilla Firefox to fix this issue.
These steps should point you in the right direction.
Please update me on how things go. I want to make sure everything you're all set with this concern.
