Join nowI am just about at the end of my patience trying to reach someone at Intuit that knows their products and services, and how they overlap. We have needs we can't get answers on. I keep getting into phone loops with reps who can't answer basic questions. I hate to change systems but I can't get through to a person who knows their business. I have tried email (not answered), chat (didn't work), and phone (hung up on repeatedly). Does anyone have a good contact number or email?
We are a 10+ year Quickbooks desktop (now Enterprise), payroll, and payment services customer. Help!

What are your basic questions? If it is not related to billing, we may answer it.
I am having the same problem and no phone numbers work for contacting customer support. I have a PAID subscription for both Desktop and Payroll.
1. I can't get my payroll subscription to verify and have tried EVERYthing, including the Quickbooks tool hub and fixes, I've put in my EIN several times, but it still says that it's missing.
2. Every time I try to sign on to Quickbooks, I get an error that my subscription is not recognized.
3. The wrong email address is under the primary user and I can't get that changed either.
This is MADDENINGLY FRUSTRATING!!!
