How can I contact a competent Account Manager?

I am just about at the end of my patience trying to reach someone at Intuit that knows their products and services, and how they overlap. We have needs we can't get answers on. I keep getting into phone loops with reps who can't answer basic questions. I hate to change systems but I can't get through to a person who knows their business. I have tried email (not answered), chat (didn't work), and phone (hung up on repeatedly). Does anyone have a good contact number or email?

 

We are a 10+ year Quickbooks desktop (now Enterprise), payroll, and payment services customer. Help!

If you still want to speak with a manager, you can reach us over the phone. Before doing so, please check out our support hours here. Then, follow these steps:

 

  1. In your QuickBooks Desktop program, go to Help QuickBooks Desktop Help.
  2. In the Have a Question window, click the Contact Us link at the bottom.
  3. From the Contact Us page, select any topics.
  4. Under Here's how to connect with a QuickBooks expert section, click the Get Phone Number button.

How can I contact a competent Account Manager?

I am having the same problem and no phone numbers work for contacting customer support.  I have a PAID subscription for both Desktop and Payroll.  

1. I can't get my payroll subscription to verify and have tried EVERYthing, including the Quickbooks tool hub and fixes, I've put in my EIN several times, but it still says that it's missing. 

2. Every time I try to sign on to Quickbooks, I get an error that my subscription is not recognized.

3. The wrong email address is under the primary user and I can't get that changed either.

 

This is MADDENINGLY FRUSTRATING!!!

Thanks for stopping by the Community this afternoon. I'm happy to provide you with a link to reach out support team. Follow this link and from there you can enter your business info, that will connect you with an agent who can assist you further. In the meantime, you can try this troubleshooting step. Sometimes, there's an error in the application files. If it's damaged, you'll want to delete it and re download the latest payroll update. 

 

I'll guide you on how to delete it:

  1. Display hidden files or folders
  2. In the Search field, type Paysub.ini.
  3. Once you see the Paysub.ini file, right-click, then select Delete.
  4. Repeat the same steps until all Paysub.ini files are deleted. 

Then, let's get the latest payroll update. This is to ensure you've downloaded the latest tax updates or rates.
