How can I get multiple batch email addresses to be separated by a comma, not a semi-colon, which will not allow my system to read the addresses?

The system, by default, separates all addresses with semi-colon.  Changing them all, one-by-one, is very time consuming.

Hi there, @benn.

Welcome to the Community. I want to know a few things so we can get through with this issue. Did you mean the comma that's supposed to separate the email addresses were changed to semi-colon? If so, let me help figure out if we can isolate this issue by logging in to a private browser.

Here are the following keyboard shortcuts in QuickBooks Online:

  • Google Chrome: press Ctrl + Shift + N
  • Mozilla Firefox: press Ctrl + Shift + P
  • Internet Explorer: press Ctrl + Shift + P
  • Safari: press Command + Shift + N

If this works and the email addresses are now separated with a comma, then let's switch back to your regular browser and clear cache. Here is an article for the steps: Clear the temporary Internet files and cache

However, if none of the steps work, I'd suggest contacting our Online Care Support. They can further assist you with more troubleshooting steps to fix this issue.

Please let me know if you're referring to something else. I'd appreciate if you can provide more details about sending your forms by batch.

I'll be on the lookout for your reply. Have a good one.
