There are two options you can choose for this scenario. If you're using Simple Start, please disregard the first option and contact our Online Support instead.
The first option would be to reach out to your previous CPA. You can ask him/her to sign in to QuickBooks as the master admin and invite a new user.

However, if reaching your CPA isn't possible, you'll need to contact our Online Support as your second option. They can verify your account in a secure environment and assist you further with transferring the master admin role to you.
