Hi there, @EQuilter.

You can use the Report only level of access to your past treasurer. In this access, they can only view the reports, excepts ones that show payroll or contact info.

Let's follow these steps to set up this access:

  1. Go to the Gear icon and select Manage Users.
  2. Select Add user.
  3. Choose Reports only under the These don't count toward your user limit section, then click Next.
  4. Enter your new user’s name and email address, then select Save.

You can also change or remove a user's access at any time in QBO.

I tried to change user that I set up and did not see the option.

She is a Standard User, when I click on Edit, all I can change is the name.

I will delete and re-enter the user.

I am the admin for QuickBooks Online.  After choosing edit, there are only two options on dropdown menu-

View user activeity

or Delete

Hi there, EQuilter.

You'll need to click the Edit link to show the option in changing the user type. From there, you can choose Reports only.

I'll provide screenshots for visual reference:

If you don't have the option to change the user type to Reports Only, I suggest deleting and recreating the user you've set up. Follow the steps provided by my colleague above on how to perform the steps.
