I'd like to give you some information about adding page numbers to reports in QuickBooks Online.

 

As of now, there isn't an option to customize the reports and add the page numbers. The page numbers are already set when you print the report.

Hi @Deli1,

 

As my colleague, @ShallyMarR mentioned above, there's no option to add page numbers to statements and invoices either. They're automatically added when you create them (given that these transactions will reach 2 pages or more).

 

As a workaround, download these transactions as a PDF. You can then open your Adobe Acrobat to add page numbers as a header or footer.

 

Here's how:

  1. Open your downloaded PDF file for the transaction in question.
  2. Click the Tools menu, then select Edit PDF.
  3. Highlight Header & Footer, then click Add.
  4. Tick the checkbox corresponding to the option to insert page numbers.

Note: To download a transaction as a PDF file, open the invoice, or create a statement then do a print preview. The option to download the transaction as a PDF is on that page.

What you showed is not what I see when I print a report.  Please let me know how to get the version you have shown in your screen shot?  Please let me know where to send a screen shot of what I have, to you, if you would like to see that?

Let me walk you through how you can get to the Print, email, or save as PDF window in QuickBooks Online (QBO).

 

Here's how:

  1. Open a report.
  2. Click the Export icon at the top of the report.
  3. Choose Export to PDF.
  4. You'll now be routed to the Print, email, or save as PDF window.

To attach a screenshot on your post, you can follow the steps outlined below:

  1. Go to the hamburger icon at the top right corner of your post or reply.
  2. Then, select Edit Reply.
  3. Click the Photo icon and Choose Files to attach a screenshot.
  4. Hit Done.
