How do I change my qbo subscription billing address on PDF under "View payment history"?

Welcome aboard to the Community forum, print past subscribtion.

You can update the billing address for your subscription by clicking the pencil icon under the Payment Method section.

Here are the steps:

1. Click the Gear icon at the top.
2. Under Your Company column, select Account and Settings.
3. Go to the Billing & Subscription tab.
4. In the Payment Method section, press the pencil icon.
5. Edit your Payment Information.
6. Click Save, then Done.

Your method does not work. The billing address of payment method is not the same data used to generate subscription PDF invoice.

You can edit your user profile to update your subscription billing address. Let me guide you how.

1. Click Gear at the top.
2. Click User Profile under Profile section.
3. Click the Edit link under Personal Info.
4. Enter your new address in the Address section.
5. Click Save and then Done.

Moving forward, you'll see the update address from your "View payment history".

Your method does not work. I have multiple companies under my account. Each has its "Bill to" address on subscription PDF invoice (Please see attached pic). Changing my account profile address won't change it.

You can deselect the Billing address is same as work address option so you can update your billing address successfully. I'm here to help you accomplish this.

1. Go to the Gear icon.
2. Under Your Company, select Accounts and Settings.
3. Select Billing & Subscription.
4. On the Payment method section, select the Pencil icon.
5. Remove the check on the Billing address is same as work address option.
6. Enter your new billing address in the Location of company field.
7. Click Save.
