How do I get a refund for a subscription

 I want to ensure you get the best help with your concern about the subscription refund.

 We'll have to pull up your account. I'd suggest reaching out to our customer care support so you'll be guided on how and what's the process of getting a refund. I've got the steps on how to do it:

1. Click Help inside QuickBooks Online.
2. Select Contact Us and enter "Subscription refund" in the description box, then click Let's talk.
3. Select either Start messaging or Get a callback.
