How do I go back to a basic yearly plan ($160)? I switched to the monthly tax plan but don't need it anymore. I don't see it as an option to switch back.

I'm here to help you switch back to QuickBooks Self-Employed only, melanieannemarsh.

Here's how:

  1. Go to the Profile ⚙ icon and then select Billing info.
  2. Select Cancel now.
  3. Choose the Keep QuickBooks Self-Employed option.
  4. Click on Change subscription

If you change your plan before the end of your billing cycle, we'll send you a prorated refund. This should happen automatically. If it doesn't, reach out to our support team.

In case you'd like to upgrade to the Tax Bundle in the future, you can check out this article to learn how:  QuickBooks Self-Employed and TurboTax Self-Employed Bundle.

Additionally, I've included our QBSE Overview for reference. From there, you're able to see how the program helps you track everything throughout the year.

I encourage getting back on this thread if you need assistance managing your QuickBooks transactions. You'll always have a space here in the Community.

Hi melanieannemarsh,

Hope you’re doing great. I wanted to see how everything is going about downgrading to QuickBooks Self-Employed only. Was it successful? Do you need any additional help or clarification? If you do, just let me know. I’d be happy to help you at anytime.

Looking forward to your reply. Have a pleasant day ahead!
