How do I resubscribe from the website? Subscribe button is unresponsive.

I'm here to guide in reactivating your QuickBooks account, @Anonymous.

Let's start by accessing your account using a private browser or an incognito browser. This way, we can isolate this unresponsive button for a possible browser-related.

There are times your regular browser got corrupted. Oftentimes, it's full of frequently accessed pages, thus causing some errors and/or become unresponsive. You can use either of the following keyboard shortcuts:

  • Google Chrome: Ctrl + Shift + N
  • Mozilla Firefox: Ctrl + Shift + P
  • Microsoft Edge: Ctrl + Shift + P
  • Safari: Command + Shift + N

Once logged in, you can reactivate your account by clicking the Subscribe Now button from the Gear icon.

Also, you can go to the Home page and reactivate your account. If it works, you can open your default browser and clear its cache to remove temporary internet files on your computer. Also, you can try using other browsers.

I'm always here to help if you have any other concerns or questions about managing your QuickBooks account. Just tag my name in the comment section and I'll get back to you as soon as I can.

Greetings, @OCream

Thanks for chiming in on this thread. I can share some insight on what to do next for resubscribing to your QuickBooks Self-Employed account.

Contacting our Customer Support Team would be the best route due to this issue still taking place. Here's how:

  1. Go to the Assistant at the top bar.
  2. Type in Talk to a human
  3. Choose the best method of contact you'd want.

It's that easy!

Keep us updated on how it goes. We want to ensure that you're able to get back to business. Bye for now!
