How do you run a A/R Report from QB self Employed platform.

Joining the thread to answer your question, connie-griffin.

For now, QuickBooks Self-Employed does not have a receivable or payable type of report. You can only run these reports these reports in the program at the moment:

  • Mileage log
  • Profit and Loss
  • Business and personal expenses
  • Receipts
  • Tag Totals
  • Tax summary
  • Tax details

At the moment, the invoicing feature in QBSE is mainly used for creating the transactions, sending it out to customers, and collecting the payments from them. You can track your receivables outside of QuickBooks for now. Let me share these articles about QBSE and the invoicing feature for more details:

You might also want to consider switching to QuickBooks Online, which offers more type of report including A/R report. Check out this article as your guide: Switch From QuickBooks Self-Employed To QuickBooks Online

Let me know if you have more questions while working in QBSE. We're always here to help you sort it out.

You may have 2 options:

1. Utilize MP to manage your bill records. Keep in mind, it only integrates with QBO, not QBSE.

2. Switch to QBO Essentials or Plus
