Hey there @cousinspropertyh.
While receipts won't export directly from Home Depot to QuickBooks Online, you can easily upload your receipts to the latter. Here’s how:
- From the left menu, select Banking or Transactions.
- Go to the Receipts tab.
- Drag and drop the receipt or bill file directly into QuickBooks Online. Or select Browse to upload them. Note: Each image or file should only contain a single receipt or bill.
Once you add the receipts and bills in QuickBooks, they’ll show up in the For Review tab where you can review, edit, and match transactions.
- Select the Banking menu or Transactions menu.
- Go to the Receipts tab.
- Select the row to have a side-by-side view of the receipt you sent and the data we extracted.
You can also:
- Select Review to edit the extracted information for the receipt. If there are multiple matches, select Review to choose the correct transaction.
- Select Match to match the receipt with an existing record in QuickBooks.
- If you want to create a brand new expense from a receipt, go to the Expenses menu and select the Expenses tab. Select New transaction and then Expense to create a new expense with the receipt attached.
Let me know if you need further help with your receipts or anything else. Take care!
