How to remove accountant firms

Hello,

Go to Gear Icon/Manage Users and click tab for Accountants.  You should see the firms and you can delete ones you don't want to have access anymore.**

** This does not apply if they are listed as a Master Admin or your billing is being handled by them (Wholesale Billing).  If that's the case, the firm needs to remove you from their wholesale billing account and transfer the Master Admin rights to another user and then you can remove them as an accounting firm.

what if the firm hasnt answered to remove me from their wholesale billings account?

Thanks for joining in on this thread. The best and easiest way to get the firm to remove you from their wholesale billing account is to wait for their answer.

However, you can contact our Customer Support Team to discuss other options. Here's how to get in contact with them: 

1. Go to the Help icon in the top right-hand corner. 
2. Press the Contact Us button. 
3. Type in your question and click the Let's Talk option. 
4. Scroll down and choose to Get a callback.
