Re: I am having trouble updating my EFT password. can you help?
Just to clarify, are you getting an error when updating your EFT password? If so, can you tell me the exact error message? This way, I can share with you the right resolution to get this fixed.
If you're having trouble on how you can change it, you'll have to log in to your EFTPS website and update your password from there. Once done, you can now log in to your QuickBooks Desktop file to update it.
Select the Pay Liabilities tab from the Payroll Center.
Select View/Pay in the Pay Taxes & Other Liabilities.
Verify if the E-payment is selected.
Clear the Remember My Information for next Time checkbox.
Enter your new 4-Digit PIN and EFTPS Internet password.
Fill out the necessary info.
If you other questions, just let me know anytime. I'd be glad to help you further.
