I have updated my office computer to quick books pro 2019. I started with pro 2016. Am I downloading a whole new Quick Books? Will there be a charge for downloading to my laptop?
If you owned a one time license of QBD 2016, you have to purchase a new license for any upgrade version. Keep in mind, you are only eligible to get updates, not upgrades. For QBD Pro 2019 or 2020 1 user, you may purchase it for < $250 thru a partner/reseller.
