I am unable to complete subscription process while my bank has deducted charges for subscription 3 times. Can anyone help in this regard?

Since this issue requires personal information, I'd recommend contacting our QuickBooks Online Care Support. They have the tools to take a look at the charges on your account and to ensure that you have an active subscription. 

 

Here's how to contact our customer support:

  1. Sign in to your QuickBooks Online company.
  2. Select Help (?) at the top right.
  3. Select Contact Us to connect with a live support agent.
