The pre-filled sales details imported into QuickBooks Online when you connect to Shogo is based on the information they provided to us. To fix this, we need to check the set up when the transactions are imported into QuickBooks.
I'd recommend contacting their Customer Support Team. They will be able to help you further to get you back to business.

Hi James.
You currently have your Shogo settings set to post as a QB Journal Entry. If you want to use the QBO sales reporting and DashBoards - you may want to consider switching your posting method to a Summary Sales Receipt.

but please note this will also require that you set up QBO Products and Services in addition to your Chart of Accounts (if you have not already done so).
