It's good to see you in the Community! I can help increase the font size on the inventory reports in QuickBooks Online.
The default font size used by the program in all of its reports is 100. To increase it, you can hold the CTRL key and press the plus sign (+) in your keyboard.
In case it's bigger than what you initially want, go back to your keyboard and press CTRL and the minus sign (-). Meanwhile, should you want to increase the font size of the report when printed, you can unchecked the Fit to page box.
For a more detailed steps, here's how:
- Open the inventory report you need.
- Click the Print icon.
- In the Print, email, or save as PDF window, choose Print.
- Remove the check mark in the Fit to page box.
This will ensures larger font size on your reports and better visibility of all the sections in QuickBooks Online.
