There are some reasons why you can't find your bank to connect with QuickBooks. Let me provide them to you and help you from there.

 

Some reasons why this occurs include:

  • Your bank has multiple names on our list.
  • Your bank is not a participating financial institution.

In instances where your bank has multiple names, you may need to go to your bank's website and copy the URL. Once done, you can paste it on the Banking page to search for your financial institution.

 

But if your bank isn't one of QuickBooks' supported financial institutions, you can request for its support. Here's how:

  1. Click on Banking from the left panel.
  2. Click on Add account.
  3. Look for your financial institution on the search bar.
  4. If you’re still unable to find your bank, click on Still can't find your bank?
  5. Enter the Bank name and Bank web address.
  6. Click on Request.
