I've checked the QuickBooks status page to verify if there's an ongoing investigation, but I haven't come across anything with system issues.
One of the possible reasons why you're having trouble logging in can be sometimes caused by a stored cache and cookies in your browser. Let's try accessing your QuickBooks Online (QBO) account through an incognito window to determine if it's a browser-related issue.
