I manage 3 separate businesses under 1 profile in Quickbooks online. One of the businesses is moving to another city and we need to unlink from the other 2. It has its own Company ID number separate from the other two, but when I log into the online account for this company a message pops up that says, "Unfortunately, there is no QuickBooks Online company associated with (email address)...". I always sign in under one user id to access all three accounts. I contacted QB support, but the rep (who was extremely nice) could not help me.
Hello beadearreader,
You can invite the user using a new email, then transfer the admin rights to the new user to unlink. Let me guide you through the steps.
Once done, remove the old master admin (user) to unlink your email to the account. Then, verify your login credentials via the incognito window. Just press CTRL+SHIFT+N.

The company is signed up for the Simple Start subscription and is only allowing one user which is the master admin. I'm unable to invite a user. Now what do I do? Thank you.
