Hi there, @sue8

I appreciate you reaching out to us here in the Community. I'm happy to help you in getting your bank transactions to show up on your reconciliation page.

There are a few things that we need to check to fix this issue. First, we'll need to make sure that that the payment is deposited to the correct account so it will show up in QuickBooks.

Here's how:

  1. Click the Sales tab.
  2. Click Customers at the top.
  3. Select the customer.
  4. Click the Transactions List tab.
  5. Locate the payments missing on the reconcile page and open them, one at a time.
  6. Check what the Deposit to account is. If it’s the wrong bank, please update it to the correct one.
  7. Click Save and close.

Also, take note that there are some factors that you'll need to consider when downloading bank transactions which may cause the issue that you have.

These are the following:

  • Some banks and credit card companies don't post transactions for download until later in the day or the next morning.
  • Some banks will show a transaction on their website but won't download the transaction until it posts.
  • If the missing transactions are the most recent ones, wait at least 24 hours in case your bank doesn't make them available immediately.

However, you can check on your Bank Register and see if it's filtered for a specific date of transactions.

To do that:

  1. From the left menu, select Accounting.
  2. Select Chart of Accounts.
  3. Select the bank account from which transactions are missing.
  4. From the Action column, select View register.
  5. Sort the register by the entries in the Date column.
  6. Select the Filter icon, above the Date column.
  7. From the Reconcile Status drop-down menu, choose All.
  8. Select Apply.

For more information about this process, please refer to this article: Bank transactions are duplicates, missing or wrong or bank balance not updating.

I've included some article about reconciling accounts and adding bank transactions in QuickBooks Online for your future reference:

These steps should get you on track, @sue8. Please don't hesitate to let me know if you have further questions about this concern. I'll be around to provide further assistance. Have a good one!
