When it comes to payments, especially assessing personal or account information, it would be best to contact our Merchant Support Team. They handle everything related to payments and able to verify if it’s for the buyer or seller's info. Reaching out to them also ensures that your sensitive information is protected.
Please know that our supports are most available from 6:00 AM to 6:00 PM PT. They can also assist customers during the weekend but only Saturday starting from 6:00 AM until 3:00 PM PT.

2. Click Contact Us.
3. Enter your concern in the box.
4. Hit Let’s talk.
