Glad to see you here in the Community, @spthere.

The great news is you've come to the right place to help resolve this issue. To isolate this case, we can perform basic browser troubleshooting steps by clearing the cache to fix the problem.

There are times that the browser is full of frequently accessed page resources, causing some unusual responses. We can start by accessing your account in a private browser. This mode doesn't save your searches, visited pages, log-in details, and cookies. Here are the keyboard shortcuts:

  • Google Chrome: press Ctrl + Shift + N
  • Mozilla Firefox: press Ctrl + Shift + P
  • Safari: press Command + Shift + N
  • Microsoft Edge: press Ctrl + Shift + P

Then try to download the report to excel and double-check with the amounts. Once it works, you may need to clear the cache of the regular browser you're using. Clearing the cache or cookies is the best way to get a clean slate for your browser. Alternatively, you can use other compatible browsers. It could be that the one you're currently working on has a temporary issue with QuickBooks.

Also, if you want to customize the data on the report, you can check this reference: Customize reports in QuickBooks Online.

I'll be around if there's anything that I can help with. Keep safe.
