I appreciate the screenshot you've added. It seems like you've subscribed to a new QuickBooks Online subscription on the same log in credentials instead of just renewing the service.
What you need to do is, you can cancel the service from the newly created company file, and then update the billing information to your main account to automatically renew/reactivate the subscription.
