I need to cancel this app. It should’ve been cancelled 4 months ago.

Let me help you cancel your account, Kentras.

 

You can only cancel QuickBooks Online through the browser. Here's how:

  1. Click the Gear icon.
  2. Select Account and Settings.
  3. Go to Billing & Subscription tab.
  4. Click Cancel subscription in the QuickBooks section.
  5. Click Continue to cancel, then follow the next steps.
  6. Select Submit and cancel subscription, then click Got it.

Once done, the account admin will receive an email confirming the cancellation of the subscription.

 

I'll add the article on what will happen to your data after you cancel it

I have tried to cancel my app and account several times for the last year.

 Every time I try to click the gear icon it defaults and disappears. I have spoke to customer services and they told me they couldn’t find my account. However I’m charged $16.05 monthly. This is not ok and I’m going to be contacting an attorney. I have called several times I get nowhere and no one has answers which is confusing because I’m still being charged. I should be reimbursed for the last year of service I have paid for and have not used and have desired to cancel. This is not ok.
