Every time I try to click the gear icon it defaults and disappears. I have spoke to customer services and they told me they couldn’t find my account. However I’m charged $16.05 monthly. This is not ok and I’m going to be contacting an attorney. I have called several times I get nowhere and no one has answers which is confusing because I’m still being charged. I should be reimbursed for the last year of service I have paid for and have not used and have desired to cancel. This is not ok.
