I need to change the country from US to Kuwait in order to subscribe for my company's account

Let's make sure you're able to subscribe to the correct version, hamad-althunayya. 

First, you will need to create a new subscription for QBO Kuwait, and then cancel the US account to switch to another country. Let me show you how:

1. Open this link: https://quickbooks.intuit.com/choose-country/.
2. Go to the Middle East section and click Kuwait.
3. Select whether to subscribe now or use a 30-day free trial, and the type of subscription you will be using.
4. Click Add another company, then enter your existing Intuit login credentials.
5. Follow the on-screen instructions to set up the account.

Second, import your customer, suppliers, chart of accounts, and products and services list from the old account. This article will guide you to import them in: Export Then Import List Data Into QuickBooks Online.

Lastly, let's go back to the US account, and then cancel it once everything is setup in the new account. Open this article on how to do that: How To Cancel Your QuickBooks Online Company

When I try that. It still has states foraddress options & I can not go any further

Make sure you've signed up for the international version of QuickBooks, LRbda.

It will only ask for an address in the USA if it's a US account. You can still use the link I've shared above to create an international account.

If you're using the same login information, click the Gear icon in the upper-right hand corner, and then select Switch Company. You might be logged in to the old account and not on the international one.
