I'm here to help you today. You can cancel your other new QBO account on the Billing & Subscription page. Then, your data will be available in a read-only access for one year from the cancellation date.
Once you're done, we'll send the account administrator an email that confirms we cancelled your subscription.

i purchased my subscription on the app store on my iphone but i am also using it on my desktop, problem is all my data is on this account but i do not have the option to upgrade on the app or online and i really need to upgrade to pro

Upgrading your account to a newer version is a great idea, @leibgross.
With this, you'll be able to take advantage of the latest features to optimize your navigation. However, since you've purchased your QBO subscription from the app store, the option to upgrade this is unavailable. This is because the product is currently billed for through a mobile app store account. To upgrade it, you may need to move your account from App Store Billing to Intuit Billing. This is also to avoid double billing.
