I've only been able to create one group for my tags. The only other group for my tags is called Ungrouped. What's the secret to create additional groups?

I'll share with you some knowledge about tags in QuickBooks Self-Employed (QBSE). 

Currently, adding more groups in QBSE is unavailable. I know how helpful to by having an option to add multiple groups to your account so, I'll take note of this idea. 

The purposed of ungrouped is to add different color tags you've created. See the sample screenshot below:

I don't find the coloring of tags that useful, myself. If there are more than just a few tags, it becomes a chore to recall which color represents which tag. I would expect to have to open the details of the transaction to find out which tag(s) it has associated with it if I couldn't recall the color shown on the summary line.

I would find the ability to create multiple groups in which I could define multiple tags a very useful feature. Please do consider this addition. I look forward to it.
