Currently, the option to get QuickBooks Desktop (QBDT) Premier Accountant is only available in Canada. In the US, you can only download QBDT Pro 2020, Enterprise 2020, and Mac 2020.
Also, there are minimum computer requirements that you need to meet so that you can download it. For more information, check out this article:
