Thanks for reaching out the Community space, bill.casanova.

I would be more than happy to guide you in changing your billing cycle. Before we dive into the process, let's take note that we can only switch to monthly subscription within 30 days before your next billing date.

You can follow these steps to change your billing cycle:

  1. Click the Gear ⚙ icon, then select Account and Settings.
  2. Select Billing & Subscription.
  3. Choose Switch to monthly billing.
  4. Select Switch, then hit Done.

Once done, the master admin will receive an email about the new billing cycle.

In case you need tips and related articles on your future task, you can click this link.

You can always tap the Community if you need further help. Cheering you to continued success!

Ok, I had no warning that I was about to be billed or I would have stopped it then. A courtesy email, like most everyone else sends out, would have avoided this, I just happened to check my credit card account.

OK, I did that, I saw it earlier, but my question is what about the $430 charge to my credit card this morning?

Hello there, casanovatv.

The email notification for the renewal of the subscription is sent to the master administrator's email address in the company file. To check where the email is sent, let me show you how:

  1. Click the Gear icon.
  2. Select User Profile.
  3. In the Profile tab, click the Edit link in the far right of the Email address section.
  4. Click Done.

Also, to verify the charge, I recommend contacting our Support team. They have the tools to check the charge status, especially if you already downgrade your subscription.

Here's how to get in touch with them:

  1. On your QuickBooks account, go to Help and select Contact us.
  2. Type in phone support and click Continue.
  3. Select the Get a callback tab.
  4. Provide your contact information details and click Call me.

Aside from the email notification, you can also confirm the next charge date in the Account and SettingsFrom there, you can see the tiles of the services you've subscribed to, update the plan, and view your payment history.

Here's how:

  1. Click the Gear Icon.
  2. Choose Account and Settings.
  3. Go to Billing and Subscription.

Let me know if you have any other questions. I'll be happy to help you some more.
