Sorry to hear you're unable to log into GoPayments, I know it can sometimes be frustrating. Have you tried basic troubleshooting? You can start off by making sure the email address entered as your ID is spelled correctly (wrong email or misspelling are common mistakes). If you can't remember the password, you can reset it through the app.
If you still can't log in, make sure your phone software and GoPayments app are updated to the latest version:

Android 10
GoPayments 11.6.0
