Is there a bug in the custom reporting about the balance sheet by class? It is not accurate.

I want to make sure you get the accurate data on your Balance Sheet report.

 

When opening or creating  a customized report, you'll need to review if it uses the correct Report period, Accounting method and Filters.

 

If the same thing happens after correcting these items, let's try logging into a new or private browser to isolate if the unexpected issue is caused by the large data in your cache. Follow these keyboard shortcuts:

  • Google Chrome: press Ctrl + Shift + N
  • Mozilla Firefox: press Ctrl + Shift + P
  • Internet Explorer: press Ctrl + Shift + P
  • Safari: press Command + Shift + N

If you're no longer getting the same hitch on the incognito window, let's go back to regular browsing and clear your browser's cache. Here's an article to help you clear the cache: How do I clear the temporary Internet files and cache?
