I want to make sure you get the accurate data on your Balance Sheet report.
When opening or creating a customized report, you'll need to review if it uses the correct Report period, Accounting method and Filters.
If the same thing happens after correcting these items, let's try logging into a new or private browser to isolate if the unexpected issue is caused by the large data in your cache. Follow these keyboard shortcuts:
- Google Chrome: press Ctrl + Shift + N
- Mozilla Firefox: press Ctrl + Shift + P
- Internet Explorer: press Ctrl + Shift + P
- Safari: press Command + Shift + N
