I'll help generate a report showing the modified dates, @jknightcs2.
You can run the Transaction Detail by Account report and then customize it to see the modified date for each transaction. I can share the needed steps to achieve this.
Here's how:
- Go to the Reports menu.
- Look for and choose the said report from the search bar.
- Click the Customize button at the top, and then choose a Report period.
- Go to the Rows/Columns section, and then make sure to select Account from the Group by drop-down list.
- Click the Change columns link, and then check the Last Modified box.
- You can also go to the Filter section, and then select the Transaction Type you'd like to view.
- Click Run report when you're ready.

To save a copy of the said report, you can memorize it. This way, you can access it anytime for future use.
You can count on me if you have some follow-up questions about managing your reports in QuickBooks Online. I'd be happy to help you some more.
