You can reactivate your subscription at any time once you update your payment details. To make sure your billing information syncs with your account, let's sign out of your QBO company.
Then log back in and check to see if your account is activated.
If it still shows suspended, I suggest contacting our Customer Care Support team. They have the tools to securely access your account and ensure your subscription is activate.
