Join nowI just bought Quickbooks Desktop Pro 2021, installed, activated, and registered. I tried to restore my company file, but forgot the password. My email is not on the list to retrieve the password. When I entered another email that I registered with this new Quickbooks versions, it said "Quickbooks couldn't find this email."
How will I get help on this?

Since you can't find the registered email address from the left, you can select the Don't see your email in the list above? option when resetting a password. Let me guide you through the steps.
Also, you can find your email address information by logging in Customer Account Management Portal (CAMPS).

But the problem is, I did what you wrote till step 3. When I entered the email that I registered with Intuit, there is a warning said "Quickbooks couldn't find this email. Enter a different email and try again." Then, I can only press 'OK' button and got out.

My Quickbooks is 2021, so the Automated Password Resetting Tool does not work.
I am currently living in Thailand. Timing is very inconvenient to contact Quickbooks support.
