Greetings. I would like to log off of QB Online but I don't have a Profile icon this morning (I had one before) and the Gear icon doesn't have an option to log off. So, how can I log off? I checked for other questions about this but I don't see any that are similar to mine.

A regular browser's cache is a storage location that temporarily holds internet files from your browsing history. However, if it accumulates too many files, it can cause performance issues in your account. This may be the reason why the logging-off button is missing.
I have some steps that can help you resolve the issue. First, you need to sign in to your QBO account using a private browser. This step helps isolate the issue because data is not stored in the cache. Here are the keyboard shortcuts you need to use:
If it works, here's how to clear cache and cookies to fix issues when using QuickBooks Online. Restart your browser right after. You can also try accessing your QBO on Firefox, Google Chrome, Safari, or Microsoft Edge if the steps above don't work.
It's important to ensure that the font sizes on your screen are appropriate for you to read. The font size depends on the website's font settings that you're using to access your QBO software. To adjust the font size, you can use your website's Appearance feature in their Settings.
Additionally, you can use the magnification feature on your website to zoom in or zoom out the screen to enhance the text sizes of your QBO account. However, keep in mind that zooming in may not display all text on your screen.
