My Citi business account was not connecting to quickbooks online. I disconnected the account on save and now i am trying to get it back? it is not letting me log in.

My Citi business account was not connecting to quickbooks online. I disconnected the account on save and now i am trying to get it back? it is not letting me log in.

Have you received an error message while trying to connect your account? If so, what is the specific error you're getting.

 

As of now, to complete your work and get your transactions, you may follow the steps provided below.

  1. Log in to your bank website.
  2. Select the date range of transactions you want.
  3. Select an approved file type (CSV, OFX, etc).
  4. Download the file to your computer.,
  5. Log in to your QuickBooks Online account.
  6. On the Banking page, click the Upload button.
  7. Browse your computer for the bank file and select.
