My prices are not updating in my mobile app. I have set all of my pricing in Commerce. However, when I look at my products in my app, every one of them is $0. I’m on iOS

Thanks for the follow-up! There are a bunch of solutions I can share to help you fix the zero price issue from Commerce. 

 

This might've been an issue with the data syncing, so you'll want to resync your prices again from Commerce. Then, use a computer browser to check the synced data.

 

Afterwards, log in to the mobile app to check to see if the sync process is successful. 

 

If it's not, I'd recommend reinstalling the mobile app from your iPhone. You can download the latest version here: QuickBooks Online iOS app link

 

I'd also recommend contacting Commerce's support channels so they can check the issue with the price sync in QuickBooks.

First, let's ensure that you're app is up to date with the latest version. This will help the mobile app work to it's full potential.

Thanks, Candice. I have an iPhone, so I am using the app for iOS. I don’t know how to determine what version I have, but I do have background refresh on, so it should be getting updates. I tried to shut off my phone to reset it, but that didn’t change a thing. I have attached a screenshot. This comes after every attempt to change my prices. All of my prices are set in Commerce. I have double-checked that. Please help if you can.

Hello again. I do have the latest version of the app on my iOS. I double checked that. But I am not finding any way to sync my mobile to the Commerce on my laptop. I only have one app for eBay, and it syncs very well. I looked for a mobile app to add but there wasn’t one. How do I go about syncing the two? I don’t know if this makes a difference, but my phone is an iPhone and my laptop is Windows/Android. Thanks for being so helpful!

I'm here to ensure the prices will be synced, dragonfoxx70-gma.

 

To do this, let's select the resync option on your mobile. This option is under MyApps. Please follow the step-by-step below.

 

  1. Go to MyApps.
  2. Select QuickBooks.
  3. Choose Settings.
  4. Then, click on Resync.

 

In case the issue persists, I'd suggest contacting our QuickBooks Commerce Help Center. They'll be able to further investigate this. They can also determine if the device's compatibility is the main cause of the synching problem.

 

Additionally, I'd recommend browsing our Mobile App Features article. This guide enumerates the features supported on each device.

 

Please come back and keep us posted on your progress in the synching issue resolved. It's my top priority to ensure everything is all set.

I do not see a settings tab when I click on My Apps>Quickbooks. This is what I see on my laptop after following your instructions.

Have you tried using another browser? I'd suggest working on a different supported one, like Google Chrome or Microsoft Edge. Then, follow the steps provided by my colleague on how to resync the app.

 

Otherwise, I'd recommend contacting our QuickBooks Commerce Help Center if you're still unable to find the settings. This way, they can investigate this further and help you in resyncing the app.

Thank you all so much for the help. I opened my Quickbooks using Microsoft Edge, but it looked exactly the same as it did on Mozilla Firefox. I contacted Commerce support, and we realized that my mobile app is not supported by QB yet. They are still working on that. So, app has now been deleted and if I need to use my mobile for anything, I will need to log in to QB instead. I hope this info helps someone else. Thanks & have a terrific day!
