My username and password when I try to log onto my US Bank won't work. What do i do? All info i put in is correct, tried multiple times

Quickbooks works with thousands of banks. To make sure you're able to connect the correct bank, I'd recommend you visit and log in to your bank's website first, then search your bank in QuickBooks using your Financial Institution (FI) URL link. Here's how:
Copy your bank's URL
Go to your bank's website, then log in.
Make sure you can view your account summary, account history, and account details without any errors.
Log out from your bank's website and continue to add the account in QuickBooks Online.
Paste the bank's URL in QuickBooks
Log in to your QuickBooks Self-employed company.
Go to the Settings icon, then select Bank accounts.
Enter and paste the copied URL for your FI in the Search box.
Select your bank on the list, then click Continue.
Enter the credentials you use for your bank's website.
Select Connect securely when ready.
Once done, you can see your downloaded transactions in the For Review tab. Review and categorize your transactions to put them in your accounts. Refer to this help article: Categories in QuickBooks Self-Employed. It contains lists of renamed categories that you can select to make sure it will fit in Schedule C.
