I would like to create a P&L report of JUST the Projects I have created in my system and not all of the 'customers'. Since I didn't start using projects until recently, it's a very messy report. I can't find an option to only show "Projects" (or even sub customers - if that is another term for the same thing). Any help would be appreciated!
Agreed. That is ONE way to do it, but I would have to change the report to add each new project individually. In QB Desktop, I can choose Customers:Jobs. I don't see an option to only choose Projects in QBOA. I might be missing it as an option.
At this time, being able to pull up a report which is specific to projects isn't available. The steps shared by Angelyn_T above is the option where you can select the customer's projects in QuickBooks Online.
However, you can export the report above and export it to Excel. This way, you'll be able to have the list and the details of all the projects that you have. Just click on the export button at the top of the report and select Export to Excel.
