Quickbooks in Spanish

Yes, you can use the program in Spanish, Hari. 

This feature is available in QuickBooks Online Spain, Mexico, and in some other countries outside the US. Here's how you can change the language settings: 

1. Go to the Gear icon and look for Account and Settings.
2. Click Advanced, then click the Pencil icon beside Language.
3. Click the drop-down arrow for Language and select Español. 
4. Click Save, then Done.

The option to change the language is only available in the international version of QBO, Panchato.

You probably signed up for the US version. That's why you don't see an option to change the language settings. You can change the home currency though, so the invoices will be issued using the Euro currency.

Here's how:

1. Click the Gear icon in the upper right-hand corner.
2. Under Your Company, click Account and Settings.
3. Click Advanced on the left panel.
4. Click the Currency section to open it.
5. In the Home Currency drop-down, select Euro.
6. Click Save and then Done.

You may want to sign up for an international QBO version. This way, you can set up your company file to work in Latin America. The good thing about this is you can use the same log in credentials for the new account.

Let's check your language settings and get your transactions created in English.

Please check if the language set on your computer and browser is in English, and not in Spanish. This way, you can create your transactions in English.

If you have Spanish set up as the language, I recommend changing it to English.

Once you log back in to your QuickBooks Online (QBO) account, you'll be able to create transactions in English.

Also, you need to sign up for an account based on where you report your taxes. I recommend speaking with your accountant about this so they can guide you what country version of QBO you need to stick with.

Let's perform some basic troubleshooting steps by logging in to QuickBooks Online using a private browser or incognito window. This mode allows you to do a clean search, free from the influence of previous browsing history and network. 

Here are the keyboard shortcuts to open private browser:

• Google Chrome: press Ctrl+Shift+N
• Mozilla Firefox: press Ctrl+Shift+P
• Internet Explorer: press Ctrl+Shift+P
• Safari: press Command+Shift+N
