First, go to CAMPS and check the current status of your subscription. 

  1. Log in to https://camps.intuit.com.
  2. Click your current product or subscription. 
  3. From the Product details, look for the Billing Information section.

Then once you’re done, go back to your QuickBooks Desktop and sync your account. Just go to the Help menu and then Manage My License and click on Sync License Data Online. Check this article for more information: What is CAMPs and how do I use it.

 

Also, make sure to get the latest release to have the latest features and fixes. Here's detailed guidance: Update QuickBooks Desktop to the latest release.

EN LA SUBCRIPCION QUE USTEDES TIENEN INCLUYO EL MODULO DE NOMINAS (PAYROLL), FAVOR DE ELIMINAR ESTE YA QUE NOSOTROS NO LO ESTAMOS USANDO, CUANDO EL AÑO PASADO COGRARON LA SUBCRIPCION LA COBRARON TODO EL AÑO, NOSOTROS SIEMPRE HEMOS TENIDO EL Q/BOOK REGULAR ONLINE. FAVOR DE HACER EL AJUSTE CORRESPONDIENTE PARA ASI PODER PAGAR LA SUBCRIPCION MENSUALMENTE COMO SIEMPRE, DEJENME SABER.

Puede cancelar su suscripción anual QB Plus a través de CAMPS. Puedo guiarte sobre cómo hacerlo.

  1. Inicie sesión en camps.intuit.com. az.PNG
  2. Busque su suscripción en Productos y servicios. az1.PNG
  3. Haga clic en Detalles. az2.PNG
  4. En la esquina superior derecha, en Estado, haga clic en Cancelar servicio. az3.PNG

Una vez completado, continuará teniendo acceso a su servicio hasta el final de su período de suscripción actual. Su servicio finalizará en la próxima fecha de renovación automática.

You can cancel your QB Plus annual subscription through CAMPS. I can guide you on how to do it.

  1. Sign in to camps.intuit.com.  az.PNG
  2. Find your subscription in the Product & Services.  az1.PNG
  3. Click Detailsaz2.PNG
  4. On the upper right corner, under Status click Cancel service.    az3.PNG 

Once completed, you'll continue to have access to your service through the end of your current subscription period. Your service will be terminated at the next auto-renew date. 

 

On the other hand, I'd recommend contacting our Payroll Support team. They have the tools to securely look up your account and further assist you with your refund request. Here's how:

  1. Go to the Help menu.
  2. Click QuickBooks Desktop Help or you can directly press the F1 on your keyboard.
  3. In the Search field, enter a short description of your concern.
  4. Click the Contact us button below.
  5. Enter a brief description of your issue.
  6. Click Continue.
  7. You can choose Message an Agent.

i can't open my quick books desk top......   I have the same problems as above.   Everything looks active, but I keep getting the same message

I'll share the steps on how to resolved the error in opening the program. You can run our QuickBooks Tool Hub tool to fix this. It has tools that help fix QuickBooks Desktop issues. Let me guide you how.

 

  1. Download this link QuickBooks Tool Hub. Then, save it on your Desktop.   
  2. Open the file you downloaded (QuickBooksToolHub.exe). Then, follow the on-screen steps to install and agree to the terms and conditions.
  3. Double-click the icon on your Windows desktop to open the tool hub.
  4. Select the Program Problems tab from the launch pad.

 

After running the tool, restart your computer and open your QuickBooks again. You can learn more about the tool hub at this guide: Fix common problems and errors with the QuickBooks Desktop Tool Hub.
