Reconciliation report is printing a blank sheet of paper?

Welcome aboard to the Online Community, carols2.

We have an open investigation where the Reconciliation Report shows a blank page after printing. Alternatively, use a different browser (Internet Explorer, Firefox or Safari) to print it.

While our engineers are working for the permanent solution, I suggest signing up for the list of affected users. I have to gather sensitive information in order to add your company.

For security reasons, I recommend you get in touch with our QBO Care Team for further assistance. To get the contact act information, let’s go to the Help icon.


  1. In your company file, navigate to the Help menu in the upper right to select the Contact Us link.
  2. This will open another window where you can enter the issue/topic.
  3. Once done, click on the Let’s talk button to view the support information.
  4. Choose Start messaging or Get a callback and then provide this information: INV-41724.

You’ll receive email updates when there’s progress about the investigation. Rest assured, I’ll keep you posted for any new information once received.
