The discount is given once you purchase the program instead of using the free trial. Although, I'd suggest checking with our customer care support. They can check your account and might give you options. Here's how:
- Click Help inside QuickBooks Online.
- Select Contact Us.
- Enter "Subscription discount" in the description field, then click Let's talk.
- Select either Start messaging or Get a callback.
