Let's check the billing information to see if it's already updated.
If it's showing the updated credit card and your account is still suspended, I'd suggest contacting our Customer Support team to help investigate and activate your account.

this does not work does anyone have a solution
Hi there, carla3.
Thank you for posting here in the Community.
Technically, QuickBooks Online account should be active once the credit card information is updated. Let’s get you connected with a support representative to reactivate your account since the solution given by AlexV did not work.
Here's how:
1. Sign in to your QuickBooks Account.
2. On the right corner, select the Question mark icon.
3. Click Contact us.
4. You'll be routed into the What can we help you with page.
5. Type your concern and Click Let's Talk.
6. Choose a way to connect with them and fill in that information.
Feel free to read this article for more details about billing and subscription information: Billing and subscription information for QuickBooks Online. This also includes steps on how you can view charges and print your subscription receipt.
Please feel free to post again here in Community if you have any other questions. Have a wonderful day!
